MEET THE CANDIDATES

The Hotels Canada Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and serving the best long-term interests of the organization. To fulfill this role, the Board is expected to bring forward-looking and strategic perspectives to operations and policy.

The Board is comprised of 23 Directors: 20 Directors elected by the Voting Membership and 3 Appointed Directors (the Past Chair plus two external experts selected by the incoming Board). There are seven (7) elected positions to be filled on the Hotels Canada Board of Directors in 2026. Unless otherwise indicated, each position is for a period of three (3) years.
